I’m trying to graph growth of a bacteria from an experiment using semi-log graph paper.
I think I’m graphing it wrongly because of the values I’m getting.This is what I am doing;
My data is 0.4 aborbance reading, so I mark on the graph the 4 on the y axis? Or am I meant to find 0.4=log Z and mark the Z value?Please tell me. Thanks.
