      Hi,

When trying to plot binding curves such as competitive binding curves, is the non-specific binding (NSB) sample required?

I think it’s good, because you can say "OK, if there is nonspecific binding e.g. by albumin (or whatever), it’s just 3%, while with the same amount of my protein it is 20%, so it’s probably specific" 😉
