I want to know the true biology behind wild cabbage to evolution of other edible forms like to kale, kohlrabi.
Generally in class room we just say it evolved from this … as flow chart but scientifically how does the inducing factor introduced ?
Or If I want to do same thing laboratory how should I proceed. It will be a great eye opener to make this thing very clear. Any experts help me Google going with generalizing but I need exact scientific method.
