Hi, I’m looking for information on plant cystoliths.
I am specifically interested in their potentially damaging effect on kidneys when ingested. I am also curious if they are water soluble (ie: will they end up in the kidneys if you consume a tea preparation of a plant containing cystoliths).
Does anyone have information on this? Other sources?
Thank you

i was unfamiliar with these, but apparently they are mostly calcium carbonate, so they wouldn’t be bad. what type of tea? haha

I knew someone who had kidney stones, he was told by his doctor not to drink tea.
