As a homework assignment, we were given a case study and asked to diagnose the disease. I have come to the conclusion that "my patient" is inflicted with DiGeorge Anomaly. However, as part of the assigment we must list other possible options in order to make the final diagnosis. So far I have come up with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome and I would really appreciate it if any of you know more. Thanks for your help 🙂

      Case Study:
A baby is born with low-set ears, a small jawbone that recedes and an unusual bow shaped lip. Blood tests reveal an extremely low T lymphocyte count ad low calcium levels. One day after birth, the infant shows symptoms of tetany. In addition, soon after the birth, the baby suffers from a chronic runny nose and it develops numerous persistent infections, including pneumonia.
