I am facing a problem in dry yeast production ( as available in commercial packets). I have some of very good strains of yeast in plates and slants. It seems quite tedious to stepwise multply the yeast for batch process. I realay dont know that how to make dry yeast from these slants. If someone knows the process kindly help me. Or tell me the link from where such information can be gathered as i couldnt find any.
