Ecologist or Botanist??

      hye, i’m a little bit confuse right now.I love plant and want to protect the environment.. My question, are botanist do both of the following, are ecologist can too? Can I have both of the job?

      a botonist can be an ecologist and a botanist at the same time. ecology means the study of the environment where plant lives
