I have to do transfection experiment these day, but this is the first time for me to do electrophoration ,so i don’t have complete electrophoration protocol. Is there anyone who can offer me an electrophoration protocol?my cell is Raw 264.7.THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
It would help to know what you are delivering, what cells or tissues you are delivering it into and what sort of electroporation apparatus you will use.
