jasminaParticipantI have to do transfection experiment these day, but this is the first time for me to do electrophoration ,so i don’t have complete electrophoration protocol. Is there anyone who can offer me an electrophoration protocol?my cell is Raw 264.7.THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Hi Jasmina,
It would help to know what you are delivering, what cells or tissues you are delivering it into and what sort of electroporation apparatus you will use.
I doubt this is what you have in mind, but here’s something to start with: delivery of Morpholino oligos into cultured cells by nucleofection with an Amaxa electroporator.
