I cannot understand how several developments had to occur at the same time for a child to be born. For instance the egg had to be penetrated by a sperm and if this happened it hat to attach itself to the womb wall. At the appropriate time the birth canal had to expand and the baby be ejected and baby had to have the instinct to suckle. These things cannot have developed over a period of time.
