what is the best way to work out quantity of cells at specific time points from a bacterial growth curve performed by absorbance over time?

      Thanks in advance.

Well, I would use calculus equations, like this bacteria growth model, you can find the amount of bacteria or cells at any point to any point as long as you know the growth rate of the bacteria using the exponential decay/growth model, just know the number of bacteria or cells at any point, just instead of P = population, P = Absorbance
