      Any one have the sequence of pBS-cURA3 and pBS-cHIS1? I need these sequence data to design my experiments. If you have them, could you please send one copy?

      Have you tired Google:

      And I suspect that PBScHIS1 is His1 cloned into pBluescript. And you will find the sequence of this one easily
