I’ve been wondering about this one.Science related jobs like working in biotech usually require lots of intricate steps requiring a great degree of articualtion and "mental agility" IMO.So would they be lenient to workers with a handicap?.I’d like to particularly focus on a more mental like condition like Aspergers syndrome.I mean can see the pro being having a more diverse work crew but are they actually able to provide accomedations as well?. 😕

Regarding physical handicap could be OK. Of course it depends on particular laboratory, how accessible it is, but for example there is one girl on wheelchair at our department and she’s doing fine.
As of the mental conditions, that highly depends on the condition. I know Aspergers syndrom only from Tv, but such person should be capable of independent (mental) work, right?
