heard of separating them by molecular weight, and electrophoresis
What technique should I use? - August 24, 2012 at 2:45 pm #112158JackBeanParticipant
What about electrophoresis?

maybe you could try to detect proteins using biomarkers. based on enzyme linked-immunosorbent assay (ELISA), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and flow cytometry (FC) or other emerging protein analysis techniques such as mass spectrometry (MS).

Microfluidic chip has become a powerful strategy and has been utilized in many protein and proteomics researches. They offer a one-stop platform for tiny-volume sample preparation, extraction, and detection, with the benefit of reduced analysis time, improved detection limits, and high throughput.
