      This is something people will argue with me. I say the proof is in the way we eat, what we eat, and how we have to cook certain foods or they can kill us. We don’t have sharp teeth. We have flat teeth. This to me implies that we started off on a fruit, nut, and seed diet. We later began eating fruits… then wheat/grains… then dairy/eggs/butter… then fish… then livestock. Had we always been meat eaters, we would not need to cook our meats for one. We also wouldn’t become sick/ill from too much consumption of dairy or grains had we always ate them. Those foods, we have adapted our bodies to eat.
