Dear Guys 🙁
I am know in cell culture, so I wish if any one can help me.
Yesterday I have cleaned my incubator with hypochlorite solution.
wash it with water
then alcohol as It has this strange smell plus I had some contamination.
Then I cultured my cells from stock
it doesnt adhere to plates after 24 hrs.
Only floating on my plate
if the Co2 level was not fine, does this cause my cells to float???
if there is remaining of chlorine gas in incubator, could it poison my cells
Please any suggestion of similar experience - April 3, 2012 at 3:12 pm #110478JackBeanParticipant
hypochlorite decomposes to sodium chloride and oxygen, no chlorine!
Thus, the CO2 level may be OK, but O2 level will be affected.
