Hello,
I am currently using a GFP and CFP vector from Clontech, but whenever I do immunofluorescence with the empty vectors, all I get is a bunch of GFP and CFP protein aggregates. I have seen this multiple times and so have several other people in the neighboring labs. I was wondering if anyone has had similar problems and have successfully managed to troubleshoot them, because I have not been able to figure the problem out.

Please, I really need some help with this problem.
