Quite often when we eat a non-cooked pineapple, our throat feel itchy or irritated. Can anyone give an explanation on what these non-cytolplasmic inclusions are which cause irritation to a person’s throat?

Why do you think those inclusions have anything to do with it? I would think irritation is due to very mild allergy to thiolprotease bromelain (I, for one, never experienced any irritation), though I am not sure whether or not it would be located in said inclusion bodies.
Can you post a picture of your slide?
