Hi,
do you, anybody, know, what is exactly Integrative Organismal Biology? I looked to Google, but it found either some books or some definitions of integrative biology, but I’m not much sure about i.o.b. 🙄 - October 30, 2009 at 3:15 pm #94251jonmoultonParticipant
The best I can do for this is guess, Jack. Perhaps "Organismal" it there to delimit the scale, to make the title distinct from, say, "Integrative ecological biology" or "integrative cellular biology". That would limit somewhat the scope of study within Integrative Organismal Biology. Is this a department title, or perhaps the name of a journal?

Hi,
thanks for reply 🙂
No, it’s actually PhD programme at Stanford

The have actually slash in between, so maybe it’s not suppoes to be like one name, but in the first course they have in there it’s as one name again… so not sure about that… :-/
