What is invitro system ı could not find basic information about it.The real question ı need to answer is ‘Could we make any organel in the cell work in the invitro system?Explain’İf you know can you write me please.Thanks

In vitro means in experimental conditions; in the lab

As Andrew said, but the degree of in vitro relates to the experiment. Growing cells in vitro means growing cells in cuculture vials, hence out of their organism, but in vitro translation, means preparing test tube with purifies ribosomes and all enzymes and chemicals necessary for translation, without living cells.
So In your case, the question means “if we do break the cells ans purify entire and intact organelles can they work in our test tube?”
