Hello,
does anyone know about the ionic strength of the nucleus and the nucleoplasm respectively? I can not find any publications.
thanks a lot

What is ionic strength?

ionic strength is the composition and concentration of all ions in a solution (see wikipedia "ionic strength").
I ask because I want to make buffer that resembles the nucleoplasm.robert

I think that, by asking a fundamental aspect of the question, you probably dont know the answer, Mith lol 😛

Strange question.
I = 0.5*sum( Ca * Za^2 ) is ionic strength of ion a in solution.
So maybe you ask nucleus charge?
