During mitosis the nucleus disappears. There is an agreement on this point. I was told other cell components are nebulised and then structures are spontaneously made again in the 2 daughter cells after mitosis. If it is true does it need ATP ? What about the mitotic spindle, the mitochondrias ?

It does require energy. For more info, this might help https://www.biologyonline.com/dictionary/mitosis
