I had a biology experiment about restriction enzyme and electrophoresis. And I used the double-cut-Plasmid and Single-cut-Plasmid of E. Coli. The restriction enzyme was BamH 1 and Hind 3. Is there any website to know where the restriction enzyme cuts? : Because I have a poor english skill, this writing can be misunderstood. 😳
[addition] Is there any website that has a useful information of recent study about proteomics and bioinformatics?

Many companies that sell enzymes have resources. Promega’s is pretty good. Go to: http://www.promega.com/techserv/apps/cl … oning1.htm

search for webcutter… it’s a nice program to see all the restriction sites if you know the sequence you’re working with 🙂
