Are the lungs of lungfish and mammals homologous structures or convergent?

This is something that seems t change periodically – the last source I read had them as non-homologous, but they had earlier been considered homologous.
In the same vein, I’ve seen lungs presented as derived from brood pouches, but now the prevailing hypothesis considers them derived from swim bladders.

they have been presented to me as homologous, but i have always taken this skeptically as in lungfish they are derived from the esophagus
