      is it possible, that the mitosis stops in one of its phases (eg. metaphase) and than goes backwards?

      It can be stopped by dissolving the fuse, but It has never been seen going backward.

      he means using different chemical substances that distroy the mitotic spindle. Colchicin is an example…
