Someone can tell me about a book, article, where I can find the best use of acrylamide and agarose gel. I mean acrilamide gives high resolution, but I couldn’t find more information about this.

Wikipedia in electrophoresis will probably give you a good answer but in short:
-Acrylamide gives a very good resolution but gels are long and complicated to prepare, expensive and use plenty of nasty chemicals (acrylamide is a neurotoxin).
-Agarose is not as discrimant, but is good enough to discriminate samples with 20bp or more difference (depending on the size), easy to prepare, and harmless until stained. And cheaper to prepare.
my teacher ever said to me.. depend on the object which our learned if we study abot DNA we use agarose and if protein or enzyme is acrylamide
Although When working with DNA, agarose is used most of the time, for some applications, acrylamide is used. For example to run your gel in highly denaturing conditions (TGGE, DGGE), or to look at very short difference in size (sequencing)
