      Hello
I am trying to check wether a certain protein is a substrate for the mTOR kinase in mammalian tissue culture (NIH 3T3 cells). I want to feed the cells with labeled ATP and then IP the protein and see if mTOR inhibition would change its phosphorylation status.
I really don’t want to use such a high amount of 32P-ATP, does anyone know of a non-radioactive analog that can be used instead?
      Thanks

      radioactive N or O-labelling maybe.
