greeting.
are ribosomes can be found in nucleus or nucleoulus?
NB: if you have the fig. please attach to this thread. recomended to people who already studying nucleus and inucleoplasm contain in lab.oh well, if you have any information related to this let me know.
hope you will replay as soon as possible.
kind regard,

Intact and functional ribosomes are only found in the cytoplasm.
however, the genes/DNA that encode ribosomes are located in the nucleolus of the nucleus. So, a major part of ribosomal biogenesis occurs in the nucelolus (ribosomes are primarily composed of ribosomal RNA .. and not proteins)
sorry.. no pictures?
Please let me know if the explanation is not sufficient

wow!!!!
that a ribosome!!
definitely not what i imagined it would look like - April 7, 2006 at 6:00 pm #45347MrMisteryParticipant
It’s a model, not an actual ribosome, the actual one has no colors. But it is very accurate i believe.

I’ve always learnt that a ribosome looks like dots lol

kind regard,
baikuzaMy question is, have you ever heard a thing called "nucleolus true membrane" so it truly distinguishes between nucleus and nucleolus (and so you can say that ribosomes are inside nucleolus)??
I can think that nucleolus are thing kinda like dense area inside nucleus where ribisome assembly occurs..

Can someone tell me wether its possible to capture cells seperatly or in small groups?

by giving a big forces to them–act as centrifugal forces that "press down" the cell organelles… and it use a machine to do it.
also we use microdissection to separate them beside giving the forces
hey, some thechnique is also use laser..–hm, sound great right? some day later i want to use it or the better one (^^)
sorry.. i do not know if there is new post here before i check it directly
