      Today,I find two gene have the same unigene id.does it mean that one gene have two copy in this species?

      It probably just means that 2 different individuals posted it on Unigene and gave it 2 separate names. Just click on the sequence links and compare them!

      I had compare them , identify of them is 94% and they are in different chromosome.
      I want to know if they are one gene,just have two copies in genome.
