How do you convert 20 ul of 10mM ADP to nmoles. 10mM = 1 x 10^7nmoles? So if you had 1 x 10^7 nmoles/62.20 nmoles of ADP, the P/O ratio would be 1.44 x 10^5? Is this correct or am I supposed to actually have a ratio and what about the 20uL, do I need to take this into consideration? thanks.

10mM = 1 x 10^7nmoles/litre
