Hi members,
Finally i found an english biology/genetic forum which seems to be really well.
First of all, great site with a large information content. As it is my first post here, i really do not want to spam here with some unrelated or unuseful links, but as i am looking for some new contributors for my pharmacogenetic and genomic wiki, i hope to find here some interested people and think this might be the right place here to announce it.
The project can be found under:
For more information i cite the description of this project:
"The Pharmacogenetics Wikibase is a project for the building up of a free database which is a compilation of information on pharmacogenetical, -genomical, and related topics. Our goal is to educate and raise interest by presenting terms, issues, and methods, and giving examples and descriptions of each. Initially, there will only be german and english versions of the project.Don´t forget: Each good site first has to establish itself and grow. You can help in the development! Everyone is able and encouraged to contribute with his or her own knowledge. How this works is explained in our tutorial.
Every author is always welcome.
The articles are classified in "Categories" to enable simple and fast navigation. The most important categories are Detection Methods, Polymorphisms, Pharmacogenetical backgrounds and Genetics. "
It would be very nice if there are some people who are interested in building up with this project a pharmacogenetic knowledgebase, which is up to now one of a kind in the net.
Looking forward for some comments…
Regards,
Moe
