Hey friends I have a doubt about Phosphogene

I have seen many web sites. In most of them I found that it is a poisonous war gas.(COCl2)

But in a web site "Sophomore Fitness Study Guide" it is written that
Avoid nutritional supplements. Many nutritional supplements only focus on one area of the body. Skeletal, smooth and cardiac muscle must all be taken into consideration when using nutritional supplements. Many skeletal muscle supplements (i.e. creatine, ripped fuel, phosphogene, power pro, etc.) can be detrimental to the cardiac muscle (heart) and smooth muscle (digestive system) making the body appear healthy when it is not .

      Give comments on this …….

The only reference to phosphogene in this application is the "sophomore fitness study guide" that you cite. And I have looked with different search engine, and with different key words. So I tend to thimk that there is a problem with the guide. I have read the MSDS for the phosphogene, it seems highly unlikely that even the most brain dead weight lifter would ever use *that* in his diet.
