i want to know about the structural components of plants like cellulose, pectin and hemicellulose. In addition, i also want to know about their degrading pattern. During degradation either cellulose will degrade first or pectin? what is the hindering effect of one of these component in degrading others by preventing enzymatic accessibility or some thing else.
