1) How does IAA affect tissue culture growth (ie the mechansim), and how pacifically does it influence callus formation in tissue cultures?
2) Why is there a high amount starch present in a plant callus? And satarch as a biochemically marker?
3) What effects does BA have on a cotelydon explant?
4) What effects and how does t Agrobacterium tumefaciens and A. rhizogenes have on seedling specifically cucumber seedlings?
5) Is there an inhibitor in bean or ryegrass that could inhibit the endogenous amylase activity present in wheat seeds and human saliva?
