      Hi

if a mean allele frequency among multiple populations across a whole species distribution is 0.75 or 0.5, can you make any inference about something like dominant-recessive relationship or lethal homozygotes? I assume random mating (no sexual selection), diploid, no drift (genetically well connected) or something that meets Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium assumptions.

      Thanks!

And assume that a locus is biallelic (2 alleles).
