      They made it simplier by writing the start of the gene in bold letters.

      The extra G in the end is for raising the annealing temp in the PCR and is not found in the gene.

      The gene and vector is written 5′-3′ as the primers.

      A gene is inserted 5′-3′ into a vector, that is as its written.

      The forward primer is the most easy to find.
