      Hi there,
I’ve memorized the names and the one letter codes for all 20 amino acids, but would someone be able to tell me the properties (hydrophobic, polar, or ~neutral) of all the side chains? Every web site I go to says something different, and my professor didn’t add that to his slides. I know that Aspartic and Glutamic Acid are acidic; that Histidine, Arginine and Lysine are basic; but as for the other properties I mentioned…?
      Thanks,
      Holly

just pick, which one you like…

      I like this one

because it tells you everything (but is not clear, so something simpler will be probably better in the beginning;)
