Hi, I want to ask some rule about the forum.

First, what is the meaning of exclamation mark beside the post? I posted 1 discussion before, which is completely relevant and contain no offensive issue, but exclamation mark appear beside my post. I understand is exclamation mark plus with a lock sign indicate the post is been locked, but what about just an exclamation mark?

Second, I tried to post a diagram earlier to answer a person’s question. I have successfully attached the file, but how come it wont appear in the discussion board later on? I have tried few times and the diagram wont show.
