this is such an embarrassing question, and very embarrassing for people to comment. The answer is no with medication. With "natural" ways, I hear people always talking about some those exercises, which dont seem very normal and kind of unnatural. I cant comment anymore, it’s very disgusting thing to think about.

I once heard a conversation between two of my colleagues (A and B) about "the size".
so A said that a woman complained that his thing was small. And he asked B what he thought about size. This is what B replied"there is a difference -it could be acceptable small or very small".

Wow… It’s truly an embarrassing question, but it’s still about our human body.
I mean, we can’t say that the penis is not part of our body, can we? xp
I’m sure comments on this matter would be appropriate, but with proper terms.
Anyway, I heard people illustrate it this way:
If you want a bigger chest muscle, all you have to do is more pumpings. In other words, use that muscle more often; Since a penis also has muscle, so if you want a larger one, I’m sure you know what to do… …
I actually don’t find it embarrassing talking about it, but I find it a bit disgusting talking about it. Lol… I think you can figure out the action on your own.
However, that’s only what people say. I personally don’t know how true it is, but I don’t think taking medications is a wise step.
Maybe try consulting a medical doctor? They should be able to help. I don’t think it’s embarrassing to ask for such help. Come to think of it, it’s actually a proper medical problem. I have to admit that the size of humans’ sex organs has a certain influence to humans psychologically, like their self-confidence when they’re with their partners.

That’s not a medical but psychological problem.

This shouldn’t be a difficult thing to discuss…
So far as I know, there are no reliable ways to do what you’re suggesting. The pills are often plant derivative with possible steroidal effects, but those have no established effects (if there were chemicals that actually did this, there would be drug companies falling over each other to patent formulations). There are some surgical procedures involving implants, designed mostly to offset impotence, but that seems a pretty extreme solution.
The suggestion about exercise won’t work, because there is no real muscle tissue in a penis – it’s mostly a weird type of epithelium called erectile tissue.

ok ok i did a google search about those exercises and came up with a lot of weird results. I only looked at one. I think you can manage it from there. Discuss here if you want.

Thank you for the help, its not a psychological problem though, its a medical problem.. 🙂

It’s not a muscle, so don’t bother trying to exercise it like you would with weights or anything. Some products claim to break down the tissue, which makes it build up again stronger (just like happens with body-building); however, because the penis is not a muscle this won’t work. Your friend might notice some swelling, but that would be from the broken tissues leaking blood, which I’m sure he doesn’t want.
As for a chemical, like the pills, I agree that it’s doubtful that they’d work. A real, working chemical that could enlarge a penis would be immediately prominent all over the world, rather than being advertised on dubious websites and the backs of magazines. Besides, a chemical producing a physiological change at this stage of life (that is, past developmental stages) is unlikely to be so specific (if it worked at all), and the side effects would again probably not be something that your friend would want.
Surgeries can be done to somewhat enlarge the penis, but they are fairly risky and so I would advise against.
Also, female friends that I’ve asked about penis size have all come back saying that it’s not what you’ve got, it’s how you use it, so I’d tell your friend not to worry about his size so much.

Ok, Thank you all for the help!

Dont try anything rash, discuss here before actually applying the things suggested in this thread. I dont want your friend to injury himself.

I have read about yoga and qi gong techniques which are designed not so much to increase size but to enhance sensation during intercourse. Personally, I would try something like that before I’d take any kind of pill. However I bet any kind of exercise alone would provide that benefit (ie, an increase in sensation, not size).
But I imagine that that sort of thing would simply have to be done the hard way – no pun intended – ie, through a regular, ongoing form of exercise.
Just be careful. You don’t want to damage the goods.
