No.3 is quite incorrect because virus is acellular. It can not be considered as a microbial cell.

But the microbial cell can include viruses and cells. Just a word play on the word "include". What does the author mean by include? Is the cell within another cell and is the virus inside a cell? Is it included in that sense?
