1.What are the strongest arguments against paying a premium for recycled paper? What other approaches to paper waste reduction can society take? Is recycling the answer to reducing deforestation and our waste stream?

That was just rude. I was just looking for a little help and suggestions on what people thought. I thought that was what this forum was about, was helping, but not with people like you around.
