      I’m afraid I never heard of it 😥

      Thanks

      siRNA(Small interfering RNA) are a class of 20-25 nucleotide-long RNA molecules that interfere with the expression of genes.

      Thanks.
      But can you tell me in what way? And what is the purpose?

      1. siRNA activate RISC(RNA induced silencing complex).
      2.RISC binds to complementary transcript by base pairing between siRNA and mRNA.
      3. mRNA is cleaved(degradation)=>gene silencing
      purpose:gene regulation,antiviral defense…

      Is there any different between siRNA and RNA antisense in molecule mechanism?
