Staining Chromosomes

      Hi,

      Can you please tell me what is the best stain to observe plant chromosomes that allows to see chromosomal aberrations clearly. For an example onion chromosomes. Thank you

      Hey , I have never tried at plants but you can check "Giemsa dye" out how can it impact abnormalities onto plant chromosomes.
