I need to analyze questionnaires from some 300 subjects from whom am assaying for a panel of several pathogens. I want to get a snapshot of disease prevalence/incidence in a particular area in my country. What statistical software would you recommend? I want one that is comprehensive but easy to use. I currently have a choice between EpiInfo and STATA….What do you reckon? Thanks
