Dear readers,
how do you dissolve totally BSA?
Are you shaking the fluidum?
-> but it produces froamDo you use a Vortex
-> it produces foam like shaking, even moreDo you slightly shake and swing in a big bottle?
Do you use a magnetic stirrer?
-> one can say that the magnetic field has an influence on the polarized proteins, an argument, but…Do you use a magnetic stirrer with a temperature set? Which temperature do you use?
-> the magnetic field and the temperature will change the proteinsThank`s for your informations and help,
sincerly
