Losing excess fat doesn’t have to be difficult. If you are looking to drop a bit of extra fat, then give these three quick and easy fat loss suggestions a try.
      1. Drink WATER: and lots of it. This is the simplest but maybe the most effective thing you can do to aide fat loss. Forget about soft drinks (even the diet ones are loaded with salt) and juice (too many carbs). Good old H2O is the only way to go.

      2. Switch from a diet plan focused around carbohydrates (breads, pastas, fruits, etc.) to one focused around lean sources of protein (egg whites, skinless chicken and turkey breast, fish, whey based protein powders and MRPs, etc.)

      3. Eat small frequent meals to keep your metabolism burning on high. You CANNOT go 5 or 6 hours without eating, get extremely hungry, and pigout with one huge meal. This is without a doubt the worst way to eat possible, and you’ll never drop fat with this method. Instead, eat small portions every 3 hours or so throughout the day.

Hmm… I heard from a teacher, that drinking cold H20 decreases calories, as it contains none and we use up energy just warming it up. XD Nice. My diet is now celery and cold water.

Technically true, but the amount of energy used to warm water is quite negligible…
I remember reading a demonstration of a weight loss diet based on stuffing yourself with Ice-cream, based on the fact that the energy to warm it will more than offset the energy gained from eating it. Of course the fat that the 2 different type of calories, used one in diet and the other in physics, were purposefully mixed was the base of the joke. While 1 "small calorie", used by physicists, is 1/1000th of the calorie used by physicians (and food packaging). Can’t find the joke though, too much noise on Google with the keywords I have…

I don’t understand because don’t you get the same amount of calories from carbs as you do proteins? Then why cut carbs?

I guess because you should cut something. So, will you cut sugars with no additive value or proteins wich provide you with nitrogen?

That does make some sense, however fiber also falls under the carbohydrate umbrella, which this is necessary for a healthy body. I guess it’s all about balance.

fiber has no value as a food

So it’s just necessary for digestion?

not for digestion, it should "clean" your colon 😉 But you are not able to digest fiber.

I’ve found in my experience that a low fat, calorie-controlled diet that concentrates of lean meats and vegetables is a good way forwards. I’ve lost almost a stone (14lbs or about 6kg) in the last month following this kind of regime.

Though I have quite a few allergies, so I’m generally restricted to those anyway XD
