western phospho-p44/42 MAPK bands - Biology Forum

  Hi there!
  I have an questions about p-ERK bands. Previous time,after detection, usually i can got 2 P-erk bands( 44KDa and 42KDa), but this time after 1st time detection,it seems like there are a white bands in the middle of 2 bands, I detected again by chaning ECL solution, this time I only got one band. I am confused about this. ❓ I don’t know what’s happened. 😕 IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN HELP ME?
