sequence 1 vs sequence 3: 57%
sequence 2 vs. sequence 3: 96%
When looking at sequences 2 and 3, they are extremely close to each other. It is mentioned that the basic helix-loop-helix domain is found on the NH-terminal.

Based on the percentages and olocation of helix-loop-helix domain, is the strongest identity on the middle of the protein and the gaps at the NH terminal (the gaps lead to large evolutionary change)?
