      Do somebody know why the liver of animals who live in very cold area has huge amount of Vitamin A ?

      Most of them eat a lot of fish. Fish has high levels of vitamin A. This is another reason humans who live in colder climates tend to have deeper pigmented skin and thicker skin. Fish is high in vitamin A, D, and K.

      Its true.The history of vitamin A growth begins in the mid-10th. XX century, when Elmer McClought discovered and recognized his unconditional importance for the body. And later he also synthesized it from the liver of fish.
