argh! A2 courseworks upon us and i picked
"the sensitivity of e.coli to diffrent antibiotics"
and i have NO idea where to start!…for biological info, method its not being found on the internet and my teacher refuses to help, only supply what we need….what do i need?!
this is honestly making me crazy while others have handed in their equipment lists and have began!

Well why not order few antibiotics and e coli and try to grow them in medium and different doses of antibiotics. And compare the result. Strait enough

There must be tons of data available on this topic. A lot of people have worked on E.coli for sure.

you need various antibiotics for sure, agar plates/medium.
two things you might want to test. concentration of antibiotic used, and efficiency of different antibiotics.

You can also try testing the efficiency of "cocktails" vs just plain doses.

You’re quite fortunate to be able to do this sort of project – make the most of it and let us know how it goes 🙂
