Hello,
I recently observed by electron microscopy Arabidopsis first leaves, on 3 week-old plantlets. I cut in the abaxial side of the 2nd leaf, and i what i observed is amyloplasts everywhere. What the hell they are doing here? Does anyone know something to explain this?
If you do not believe me, have a look to the picture attached.
Thanks in advance
kindly,
sam
